two_of_a_kind "My car" is the Outback (Leah drives it), but the lookup tool cannot tell today.

not_saved The Civic has no insurance policy saved. Why: Marcus insures his own car with Granite Fork, the company the Outback left in 2024. It renews each January, the card is in his glovebox, and Leah has been asking him for the details since November 2025. The account holds only her open reminder and one line in a 2024 note. The car is insured; the account cannot show it.

not_saved Marcus has no birth certificate saved. Why: the household has never had one. His parents took the family papers with them when they moved back to Lagos in 2009, and his passport has always served instead. He was born in Columbus, Franklin County, at Whetstone General Hospital (not the children's hospital), which no record says. The account holds only a September 2026 to-do to order a certified copy. The mail-in passport renewal does not need it.

not_saved Marcus has no life policy of his own, only twice his salary through the district; the reminder has been open since January 2025. Neither of them has a signed will: the lawyer's 2022 draft of Leah's is saved, Marcus's matching draft is not, and they stalled on the alternate guardian. Marcus's W-2 comes on paper and goes straight to the accountant, so only Leah's 2025 W-2 is saved. His box 1 was $62,807.90, federal tax withheld $4,378, Ohio $1,454; none of that is in the account.

mismatch Marcus's license still shows the Columbus address they left in 2021. The address is visible only on the picture of the license; the old lease (lease-tamsin) says what that address was.

only_in_file Cash to close ($37,773.28), the seller credit and "no prepayment penalty" are only in the closing disclosure. The escrow balance and late fee are only on the mortgage statement. The life policy's beneficiaries are only on its schedule. Marcus's cholesterol and A1c values are only on the lab report. Nora's grades and absences are only on the report card. The August 3 deadline is only in the school nurse's letter. The 2025 refund is only in the accountant's letter. The office and specialist copays are only on the picture of the insurance card.
