Per Ray:
- Full tear-off, one layer.
- Ice-and-water shield at the eaves, the valleys and round the chimney.
- New flashing at the chimney, new pipe boots, a ridge vent.
- New gutters and downspouts on the front only. The back ones are from 2009.
- Two sheets of decking replaced over the back bedroom.
Warranties: Thornapple's own workmanship, ten years, to August 2031; the shingle maker's, registered for us by Thornapple.
Brett Yoder comes back in ten days to look it over.
