spelled_differently Yulia is Юлия Зарецкая, Yulia Zaretskaya, ZARETSKAIA IULIIA, ZARETCKAIA IULIIA, ZARETSKAYA YULIYA and, on the diploma evaluation, Yuliya Lapteva. Pavel is Zaretsky, ZARETSKII and ZARETCKII. Tim is Timofey Zaretsky, ZARETSKII TIMOFEI, ZARETCKII TIMOFEI and Tim. Her mother is Мама, Галина Петровна Лаптева and LAPTEVA GALINA. Husband and son are Zaretsky, wife and daughter are Zaretskaya. Vera's birth certificate names her parents as Pavel Zaretckii and Iuliia Lapteva. Pavel's records show their owner as Паша, Tim's as Tim, the mother's as Мама. The closing statement, the payoff letter, the 1098, the mortgage statement, the car order and the old insurer's letter are all in the names they had before November 2022.
near_duplicate An old and a current Russian passport for each of three people, with numbers and spellings that differ. The home policy and its renewal differ by the last two digits of the number. Two letters from the Russian bank in one layout, a year apart. One inheritance certificate captured twice.
mismatch Two mortgage records, and neither says which is live: the Kittatinny record has a start date, a payment and no end. The payoff letter says that loan was paid in full on 2021-02-19, and the September 2026 statement is from Tolland Ridge. The files are right; the current loan is Tolland Ridge.
expired Tim's Russian passport ran out on 2024-08-06 and is the one that blocks the trip. The rest are old papers kept for the numbers.
only_in_file In the files and nowhere in the records or notes: the registry record number on Tim's Russian birth certificate; the surname clause, record number and apostille number in the translated marriage certificate; the naturalization certificate numbers and A-numbers in the lawyer's letter; the cadastral number and registry number in the inheritance certificate (the 1/6 share is stated only there, though an old note says papa's half was split three ways); the account number and balances in the Russian bank's letters; the hurricane deductible, the 1,500 dollar theft limit for jewelry and the one scheduled pair of earrings in the home policy; the list of documents for Vera's citizenship in the agency's memo; the vitamin D result; the exchange rate in the transfer confirmation; the refund in the accountant's letter; the outstanding balance on the mortgage statement; the price of the house and its tax block and lot in the closing statement; Tim's placement test score; the orthopedist's phone on the ER paper; the handwritten date of the second payment on the Russian school's contract; her wages and withholding on the W-2; the Mazda's VIN on the car order; the diploma's number; the roof's check numbers; the 2025 transfers one by one.
