What it says
The jewelry was reappraised yesterday by Ingrid Solheim, eight years after the first time. She came to the house again.
- 15 pieces this time: the 14 from 2016 and the sapphire ring.
- $25 a piece, $375.00. Two copies of the report; one goes to Linda Schroedl.
- Looked at and not appraised, at our asking: the Hamilton, the Oslo pendant, the pearl drops, Carl's cufflinks, the grandchildren's charm bracelet.
What she said:
- Everything has gone up, the gold most of all.
- One prong on my engagement ring is worn thin and should be retipped before I lose the stone. Hartwig's.
- Look again in three to five years.
To do: send Linda her copy before the valuables policy renews on December 8.
