What it says
Closed the cabin, a week early. Gus cannot do those steps at all now.
The boat went to Pike Bay on Friday. Earl will blow the lines tomorrow. I did the inside list; R. did the water; Bev sent us off with a jar of pickled beans.
The loons are gone from the lake. The last one left about the first of the month.
On US-51 south of Tomahawk a gravel truck threw a stone and put a star in the windshield, low on my side. R. says it will run in the cold.
