The portal page for Ray is a screenshot, and its last section (the next appointment) is below the edge of the picture. The bunkhouse contract has the printed one-year workmanship warranty struck out and "two years" written in and initialled. The truck's title is saved twice: a clean PDF, and a telephone photograph with glare across the title number and the left edge cut.

mismatch Ray's sulfa allergy. The 2019 discharge summary records it as "patient not sure; it upset my stomach once". Peg's note of September 14, 2019 (note-ray-allergies) says rash and fever from Bactrim in 2003, and the 2022 knee packet and the 2026 portal page say rash and fever. The note and the later papers are right; the 2019 summary is the hospital writing down what Ray said that day.
