Yearly visits, both of us, yesterday, by video from the porch. How it was done:
- Blood drawn the week before at Sawbill Clinic in Woodruff, on Dr. Raghavan's order, which her office faxed. Fasting. Go at 7:30.
- The visit is through the Arbor Bluff portal on the laptop. Log in ten minutes early.
- Have ready: the list of medicines, the home blood pressure readings, a scale reading, and (Ray) the sugar log.
Mine: TSH 1.9, LDL 98. No changes.
Ray's: A1c 6.9.
