What it says

The cabin has a new kitchen. Nate Lahti finished on Friday, on the day he said he would, and we slept there last night for the first time since the walls came out. Now the wall to the main room is gone, there are cabinets I can reach, and over the sink there is a window four feet wide that looks straight down the lake. I stood at it this morning for some time with the tap running. When Nate found the wiring behind the old stove he came and showed it to R. before he touched it, which is how to handle R. Mother's Day. All three called, in order.
