What it says

Book club met here on the 6th for "All the Light We Cannot See." Eleven chairs, and for once everyone had finished it, Dee included. Helen thought it sentimental. Connie cried describing the ending and had to stop. I think it is a beautifully made thing, a little too pleased with its own sentences. Gus is nine and has begun to take the stairs one at a time. Sunday calls: three for three.
