Question

What was Ray's last A1c, and what is the highest it has ever been?
A good answer

6.8 on September 15, 2026. The highest that is recorded is 7.8 on January 15, 2019, when the metformin was doubled. Fifteen readings are saved, the first being the 7.4 at diagnosis in March 2015; some visits were never written up, so "ever" can only mean "among those saved", and a good answer says the highest on record.

6.87.8
