DOWNSTAIRS - Living room: Revere Pewter, HC-172, eggshell (2016, Ray) - Dining room: Monroe Bisque, HC-26, eggshell (2009) - Kitchen: Hawthorne Yellow, HC-4, pearl (2017, Ray) - Family room: Manchester Tan, HC-81, eggshell (2011) - Den: Saybrook Sage, HC-114, matte (2012) - Front hall and the stairwell, to the top: Navajo White, eggshell (2019, Craig Buss, on a scaffold) UPSTAIRS - Our bedroom: Palladian Blue, HC-144 (2018) - Sewing room (back bedroom): Sherwin-Williams Sea Salt, SW 6204 (2017) - Ellen's and David's old rooms: both still the Linen White of 1998. Overdue. - Bathroom: Simply White, OC-117, in the bath-and-spa finish (2022, after the new fan) OUTSIDE - Front door: Heritage Red, HC-181, high gloss (2019) - Trim and garage doors: white, exterior, satin (2019, Craig Buss) - Siding is aluminum and has never been painted. The formulas for the 2016 and 2017 colours are on file at Odana Hollow Hardware under our name. Every can on the shelf now has the room and the year on its lid in marker. |

No extras and no change orders. - PAINT, walls: Benjamin Moore Guilford Green, HC-116, in the kitchen finish. Trim: Simply White, OC-117. Nate's painter left a labelled quart of each under the sink. - Counters: quartz. Hot pans NOT directly on it, per Nate, whatever the brochure says. - Floor: vinyl plank. Damp mop only. - The window over the sink is four feet wide. I can see the island, the loons' end of the lake and most of the dock. - The dishwasher must be drained and left open at closing; it is on Ray's list now. - The range is propane and lights itself. - The breaker panel is unchanged and still in the hall closet; the kitchen now has four circuits of its own, labelled. - Nate's work is guaranteed for a year, to May 2019. Where things are: plates left of the sink, glasses right, pots in the deep drawers under the range, the lefse griddle in the tall cupboard by the back door, which was built to fit it. |
