Changed the Eliquis this week. Half the dose. That makes seven changes to her medicines in seven months and I'm the only one who has all of them written in one place. Tolbert's list still had amlodipine on it. The hospital's had glipizide. I corrected both and the girl at the desk said they'd update it and I watched her not write it down.
