What it says

Closed October 13-14, a week early, on Gus's account. For the insurance: Sunday, October 14, about 3:15 in the afternoon, southbound on US-51 a few miles south of Tomahawk. A gravel truck ahead of us threw a stone. It struck the CR-V's windshield low on the passenger side and left a star about the size of a nickel. No other damage. If it runs, telephone Linda Schroedl; glass is on the car's policy with its own small deductible. Closing list: all done. The dishwasher drained and propped open. Hose off the spigot. The chimney was swept in September by Dan Wirkkala.
