Closed the cabin. The cameras are up, four of them, put on by Nate's crew for nothing while they finished the trim. They record to a box in the hall closet. R. would like to look at his own boathouse on his telephone from Madison and cannot yet, the internet up there being what it is, a fact he mentioned twice on the drive home. The maples by the landing were the reddest in a decade. The one loon chick was grown and gone by the first week of October.
