What it says
Done. Face down on a table with a hole in it, for forty minutes, while a machine found the place. It did not hurt much; it was the holding still that was hard. The technician, whose name was Bridget, talked to me about her daughter's Halloween costume the entire time.
R. was in the waiting room with a magazine about boats. When I came out he stood up so fast that he dropped it.
They will telephone. Monday, probably. I have an ice pack inside my blouse and a kindergarten class at 8:50 tomorrow.
