Why it exists

only_in_file The other hard files. The trust amendment is a scan with no text layer. The 1986 deed is a faint copy of a typed deed, also without text: the names of the sellers were typed darker and are clear, while the price ($84,500.00) is very faint; the price is in no record or note. The portal page for Ray is a screenshot, and its last section (the next appointment) is below the edge of the picture. The bunkhouse contract has the printed one-year workmanship warranty struck out and "two years" written in and initialled. The truck's title is saved twice: a clean PDF, and a telephone photograph with glare across the title number and the left edge cut.

mismatch Printed term: workmanship warranted for one year from completion (to June 20, 2026, now over). Written over it and initialled N.L. and R.C.O.: two years (to June 20, 2027). The handwritten change is the agreement. Nothing else in the account mentions it, and no warranty record exists for the bunkhouse.

Story, 2025-06-20: The shed at the cabin becomes a bunkhouse for the grandchildren.
