Why it exists

only_in_file Hard file, a scan with no text: the recorded deed is a PDF whose page is a picture. The parcel number (080-011926-00) and the recorder's instrument number are nowhere else.

Story, 2021-08-06: They buy the house on Quillfeather Lane and move out of the Columbus rental. Leah buys the Outback the same summer.
