what's that note with 78,500 in it about

Question

A good answer

It cannot be said for certain from the note alone. The April 2022 note reads "78,500. asked 82. got 81. start 4/18. Vivian not Phil". It looks like a salary offer and a new manager, and Vivian Castellanos is a work contact at Tallgrass. A good answer quotes it and offers that reading as a guess.

Traps it covers

only_in_note Also only in notes, but not meant as tests of their own: everyone's blood type (a bare list with no heading), the frequent flyer and library card numbers, and the adults' yellow fever date (the children's is also in their vaccination records). Several notes cannot be fully interpreted by anyone but Leah: "78,500. asked 82. got 81" is her 2022 promotion, "locker 14, 22-8-30" is the pool locker, "envelope. hall table." is Marcus's passport renewal.
