Question

can we drop the PMI yet
A good answer

They can ask. The balance is $306,652.71, under 80% of the $385,000 purchase price ($308,000) since the August 2026 payment. Tessaly wants the request in writing; otherwise it ends by itself at 78%, around June 2027. Leah's reminder to call is still open and a note from October 2 says "call Tessaly!!", so it has not been done as far as the records show.

308,000
