Traps it covers
same_name The school portal holds both twins under one login and opens on Eli. The one page Leah saved from it is Eli's health page; nothing of Ivy's from the portal is saved.
near_duplicate One paper saved twice. "Eli action plan 2025" is a scan of the whole page. "eli plan pic" is a photo taken in the allergist's office five days earlier, dark and with the bottom of the page out of frame: the antihistamine dose and the last handwritten instruction are missing from it. The scan is the one to use.
mismatch Eli's allergy is in many places in different words. The note of October 4, 2023 is the fullest: peanut, not tree nuts, Ivy clear. The scribble from the appointment says "PN 14.6", the visit record says positive for peanut and everything else negative, the prescription says "for the peanut allergy", the action plan says PEANUT, the ER-night note names the peanut butter frosting. The school portal page says "Peanuts, tree nuts". The allergist's finding is right: peanut only. The school's entry is broader than the diagnosis.
mismatch When Eli's current EpiPens expire. Leah's note and her reminder say 11/2026; the school portal lists the pen in the clinic as expiring 10/2026. Both pens came from one two-pack. Nothing in the account settles it (no picture of the box or the pharmacy label). The right answer gives both and says to look at the pens.
only_in_file Hard file, handwriting on a scan with no text: the antihistamine dose (Benadryl 12.5 mg = 5 mL), Eli's weight (55 lb) and "epi at the FIRST symptom" are written in by hand. The second capture of the same paper is dim and cut off above the dose.
only_in_file Hard file, a screenshot of the school's website, saved under a name that says little. It is the only source for what the school has on file for Eli: that it wants a new action plan for 2026-27, and its own versions of his allergy and of the pen's expiry (see the mismatches above). It shows a moment, September 18, 2026, not today.
