prescription_labeldim made hard to read

Why it exists

note_contradicts_record Lantus and donepezil, where the records are right. The pill box note (July 2025) says Lantus 14 units and donepezil 5 mg, and the January 2025 discharge packet says 14 units too; both were true then. The prescription records say 18 units and 10 mg. Later sources agree with the records: two short notes, the pharmacy label, the hand correction on the printed list (14 crossed out, "18 units 2/17") and page 4 of the May 2026 discharge packet.

Story, 2024-08-21: The aide finds Lorraine confused with a blood sugar of 41. Glipizide is stopped and insulin starts.
