Why it exists

near_duplicate Two Eliquis records, 5 mg and 2.5 mg. The 5 mg one is not marked as stopped; it only says when it started. The 2.5 mg record, a note, a visit record, the label and the receipt show 2.5 mg is the dose since March 6, 2025. Trazodone is likewise not marked as stopped; the visit record of May 9, 2023 says it was.

Story, 2022-03-09: Lorraine is admitted with atrial fibrillation. Blood thinner and metoprolol start.
