Why it exists

two_of_a_kind Two houses with their own policies, Wi-Fi, codes, furnace filters, trash days and bills, so "the house" is ambiguous (and Camille's apartment is a third property). Three cars.

Story, 2016-10-21: Walt and Denise's divorce is final. The next summer he buys the house on Tolliver Bend Road.
