Has the long-term care started paying yet?
A good answer

Not by anything saved. Lanternfield approved the claim on August 19, 2026, but pays only after 90 days of paid care counted from July 8. His own estimate puts the 90th day around November 12. No payment is recorded.

How many days have they credited so far?
A good answer

The newest paper from them, the August 19 letter, credits 18 days, for July 8 to 31. Nothing later is saved, so the current count is not known. By the invoices he would have sent, August and September would add about 21 days each, but that is his arithmetic and not their credit. A good answer gives 18 as of that letter and says it is out of date.

18
Do I still have to pay the premium then?
A good answer

Yes. $2,870 is due in about 24 days, and both the policy schedule and the letter say premiums are waived only from the first premium due after the 90 days are met.

2,870

expiring_soon Everything of Lorraine's that needs renewing in the next two or three months, all on dates relative to the build day: license (7 weeks), Buick registration (19 days), house policy (5 weeks), Buick policy (9 weeks), debit card (6 weeks), long-term-care premium (24 days), hearing aid warranty (6 weeks). Prescriptions have no date field, so the ones that need action are reminders: Eliquis and levothyroxine have no refills left, the Prolia shot is due, the disabled placard runs out. Walt's and Camille's documents are not close, except Camille's license on 2027-03-08, which is a plain date.

only_in_file The extra-furosemide rule, one sentence on page 5 of the ten-page January 2025 discharge packet (one extra 20 mg tablet for a gain of 3 lb in a day or 5 lb in a week, call cardiology the same day, not more than two days running); the POA clause that lets Walt sell her house only after a physician's written statement and 30 days' notice to Russ; the principal balance on the September 2026 mortgage statement ($171,717.32); the memory test score (19 of 30); next year's drug plan premium ($46.20); the long-term-care daily benefit ($150); the 401(k) balance ($318,406.12 on June 30, 2026); every number on the September labs, which exist only as a portal screenshot (eGFR 33, A1c 7.9); the wind and hail deductible on Walt's house ($3,180); the owner and the title number on the Buick's title, which is a scan with no text (WALTER E PRUITT, 14 177 406219, no lien); the FMLA entitlement (480 hours for 2026); the lease clause that makes renter's insurance a condition, with $15 a month charged until proof is given; what Gentle Ridge has billed this year ($17,284.00 through September); mortgage interest paid in 2025 ($6,912.51); Camille's immunization dates.

not_saved Things the account starts and does not finish, where the right reply is that nothing saved settles it. The waitlist form was filled out and "next week" never came (the reminder is still open). "CHECK she did it" about Camille's renter's insurance has no sequel. "Paid back: 0" at the end of 2025 is the last word on what he fronted. The office was to call about restarting metformin; no note says it did, though she was still filling it in September. He meant to ask Dr. Tolbert to take latex off the hospital's list. Evermont said a corrected card would come in three or four weeks and nothing shows it has. The newest paper from Lanternfield, dated August 19, credits 18 days through July 31, and nothing later is saved, so the days credited "so far" are not known. One pharmacy receipt is not a year's drug costs.
