Ines
What it says
tubeless, the Ines way
- tape: one wrap + 4" overlap opposite the valve, PULL it tight, thumb it into the bed
- valve in, hand tight nut, no pliers
- seat one bead all the way, other bead most of the way, pour sealant in the gap (60ml for a 40c, 90-120 for mtb) THEN close it. cleaner than through the valve
- compressor w/ the core out. if it won't pop: soapy water on the beads, or a tube overnight to shape it
- shake, spin, lay it flat on a bucket each side 10 min
- tell the customer it WILL lose air the first two days
things that mean start over: tape wrinkle at the valve, sealant weeping from a spoke hole
