1. back door, alarm panel is on the left, 45 sec
2. lights: panel by the bathroom, all the switches w/ green tape
3. compressor ON (red lever), let it fill before anyone needs air
4. till: float is $150 in the blue bag in the safe, count it into the drawer, write it on the sheet
5. roll the sale rack + the two demo bikes out front, cable them to the ring
6. flip sign, prop door if it's above 50
7. check the repair hooks, anything tagged "call customer" call before noon
