What it says

FOR ANNIKA — Miso, dec 20-28. printed copy is on the fridge. FOOD - morning (whenever you get home from your shift is fine, she's used to 7-8am): a SCANT 1/4 cup of the dry salmon food. the scoop is in the bag. she will act like it isn't enough - evening (6-8pm): HALF a can of the turkey pate, in the blue dish. the other half goes in the fridge w/ the silicone lid on. next night: 8 seconds in the microwave, stir, she won't eat it cold - NO CHICKEN. nothing with chicken in it, not a treat, not a bite of your dinner. she throws up within the hour, every time. the salmon treats in the jar are fine, 3 a day max - water fountain: top it up when the line gets below the sticker. if it gets loud it's low LITTER - scoop once a day into the lidded bin next to it, bags are on the shelf. it's the unscented clumping kind - she sometimes kicks it out the front. the dustpan is right there HER DEAL - she'll hide under the bed the first night and be on your lap by the second - loves: the feather wand (closet shelf, put it BACK up there or she eats the feathers), the paper bag, sitting on the radiator cover in the bay window - not allowed: hair ties, rubber bands, string. she eats them. check the floor - she eats the spider plant and then throws it up. it's not toxic - she yells at 5am. nobody is hurt IF SOMETHING'S WRONG - vet: Sevenpaws Veterinary Clinic, 612-555-0113, Dr. Deshmukh. they have my card on file, say yes to whatever they recommend - not eating for a full day, or throwing up more than twice, call them - emergency after hours: they'll give you the number on the voicemail - me: 916-555-0134, any time, it's 2 hrs earlier there. my sister Hana is a vet tech and will answer faster than I will: 916-555-0119 HOUSE - door code you know. my key is the one w/ the green tape - plants: just the two pothos, a cup each on the 24th. ignore the fiddle leaf - radiator in the bedroom knocks - take anything from the fridge. there's kettlebird coffee on the counter for you, the Kingfisher is the good one
