Subject: Invoice 2026-002, 27 days past due
Trevor,
Invoice 2026-002 for $1,800 was due on February 13. It's now March 12. I delivered the work on January 13, a day early, plus two extra icons you asked for at the last minute, and you've been using all fourteen publicly since January 16.
I understand cash can be tight at a young company. It is also tight at mine, which is one person. End of Q2 is not something I can accept for work that was delivered and in use two months ago.
Please pay the invoice in full by Thursday, March 26.
To be plain about where things stand: our agreement was payment for the right to use the illustrations. Until the invoice is paid, Loomfish doesn't have a license to use them, in the app or in marketing. If I haven't received payment by the 26th I'll ask you to take them down, and I'll add the 1.5% monthly late fee that's printed on the invoice.
I'd much rather just be paid and wish you well with the launch. Bank transfer details are on the invoice. If a card is easier, tell me and I'll send a link today.
