Burr Oak Quarterly, how it works - 3 spot illustrations per issue, 300 each = 900 an issue, 4 issues a year - Imogen sends the three essays ~5 weeks before. due the 12th of feb / may / aug / nov - black + one color, the color changes each issue, she tells me - 1500px square, they shrink them to about 2 inches. so: SIMPLE. no hatching finer than I'd do w/ a brush - invoice w/ the art, they pay net 30 - she likes animals doing nothing. she does not like hands
