What it says
June and I stopped yesterday. I don't know what else to call it, it wasn't a breakup, nobody raised a voice. we were at the place with the nine-dollar olives and she said "I think I'm more of a visitor in your life than a resident, and I think you like it that way, and I don't think that's bad, but I don't want to keep visiting." and I didn't argue, which was the answer.
three months. she's right. I never asked her to the sunday calls. I never showed her the paper in the flat file.
she said I'm "a good place to visit."
we split the olives. she hugged me in the cold for a long time. I still have two of her cups. she says keep them.
told Renee's voicemail I'd have something for tuesday.
