What it says

second session with Renee yesterday. I found her on the sheet Corinne gave me in april, which I carried around for five months. she's maybe fifty, has a plant that's doing much better than mine, and doesn't fill silences. I talked about money for forty minutes and she said "I notice we haven't mentioned your grandfather" and I said that's not why I'm here and she said "ok" and waited and then I talked about him for the last ten. it's forty dollars. every other tuesday. I can do forty dollars. it's two pet portraits a year. walked home along the creek. the kingfisher Lu told me about was there, on the wire over the water, rattling. I stood under it for a long time. it's bigger-headed than I've been drawing it.
